Free services, health insurance is decent.

Cons

Micro managed to the point of anxiety attacks. They want you to sell on every call, even when people are screaming at you. Your commission is wrecked because you get bad calls (like when no one is on the line and it's dead air, it affects your call to sale ratio). I've watched my commission drop $1,400 overnight because you are competing with other agents for your own pay, no matter how hard you bust your rear.
