Very disappointed after getting hired with the promise of advancement and pay - Broadband Technician III Spectrum Employee Review

Their trucks are old and break down alot (yet they put $2000 GPS units and how much to moniter them a year???). The pay sucks and when you pass an advancement test, it was 10% but now its 5% and a yearly pay incress of 28 cents an hour (what a joke). The managment does not listen to the workers out in the field, all they care about is numbers. The employees should unite and get a Union to represent them to better their pay and working enviroment,
