The pay,you fill out the application stating $26-32 an hour they set you at $20 commission is bull at $35 per activation you only get paid if it activates and keep for more than 30 days you make $600 per week $1600 bi weekly the ramp up bonus is $648 but you only take a partial of that as well You sell you won’t get that pay until 90 days The stress that management puts on you on top of every miscode of conduct they do towards you it’s an unfit hostile work environment. They treat you like your kids and talk to you like kids You can be top 5 in the company and pay is still bull. It’s like those door to door wireless scams but this is at a behind a computer level In all reality it’s a farming to get mobile sells they teach you all the wrong to get the numbers up once they’re ready for a new class after 3 months they start to intimidate you, picking calls from what was taught into you to get you terminated or for you to leave I highly don’t recommend this place if establishment for work.
