Pros
The only good parts of working for the company is the people you work with and if you are lucky you will have an amazing supervisor. Pay for beginners is 15.00 per hour but don't expect a raise.
Cons
Raises are hard to come by, it's based on a metric system that's practically impossible to maintain. On a daily basis you are demeaned by customers and there's nothing you can do about it, if you even consider telling a customer who is using profanities and calling you every name in the book that you are going to disconnect the call, just be prepared to get walk out the next day..
