Supportive and kind supervisors, great pay, friendly coworkers, good health insurance and benefits. I have really enjoyed the BCBAs (specifically Alexis, Alison and Ashley). These supervisors go above and beyond to ensure I have support and check in on me. The Greenville clinic is amazing to work at. The pay is honestly good too for an entry level job.

No paid holidays and accruing PTO can take a while when you first start, but otherwise the benefits are great.
Unfortunately, ABA therapy is limited to a few options in the upstate SC. The pay is comparable to other therapy places.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was marked by inconsistent policy enforcement and lack of transparency. Policies seemed to be created or enforced selectively, depending on the person involved, rather than applied fairly across the board.
