      Management is very weak and there is extremely limited upward mobility. They target EPs when they should target CV surgeons

      Great compensation, Spots of friendly co-workers

      Cons

      On the job training is non-existent. No employee development, No upward mobility, FDA warning letter, Co-workers will highlight any issues found and report it immediately to management instead of working as a team to confront issues.
