Almost all senior engineers are leaving or have left because of terrible management decisions and treatment of staff. The company is in decline. Avoid.

Amazing people to work with, impact driven challenges, great flexibility in work.

Due to low number of engineers in teams work can get a bit hectic due to incoming requests but not enough capacity.
