Pros
-there's free lunch once a week and some corporate swag -the software-focused teams seem to enjoy a positive culture -if you're a male employee, or shamelessly flirt with enough of them, your word is law
Cons
Toxic work environment and harassment by other employees. When you raise the issue to senior management, they talk big but there is no action. You will be told to stay quiet and just do your work, while being blamed for others not taking their jobs seriously or for "setting too-high expectation of others". If you stick up for yourself or your coworkers, there will be a target placed on your back and you will be ousted or forced into constructive dismissal. This is not a safe environment for anyone who is "other" (i.e. female, immigrant, minority) and, when friends and family ask about your work life, they will be utterly horrified by what you deal with (and are expected to turn a blind eye to) on a daily basis. Basic respect and human decency doesn't make the company any more money so there's no place for it here.
