Pros
Can learn with hands on experience — sometimes
Cons
Would only recommend working here if you like being underpaid and overworked. Was told to “treat each work order as if it’s your own” - so even if I wasn’t the one who spoke to the customer I’d have to do all the work on it using minimal notes or any useful communication from who took on the job. On top of invoicing while not knowing rates or what work was done. And invoicing yearly charges to customer they charge for a bs yearly outdated antivirus. And clean the whole store including the gross bathroom everyone uses. Paid me far less than what was agreed upon during the interview and expectations kept growing while the pay stayed stagnant. The “boss” (I put it in quotes as he claims ownership of the store and takes great pride in it, yet he wouldn’t have his hand in anything if daddy didn’t do all the heavy lifting for him) he cannot go a day without complaining about something. Or everything. Most miserable person I’ve met, and the environment suffers because of the constant negative attitude.
