Absolutely amazing people to work for. Knowledgeable group of engineers and machinist who were mostly very helpful. I learned so much there and Technicians were a pleasure to work with.

Downside is lack of chain of command. Some people were cut throat. Instead of talking things out and resolving any issues on hand, they will go to HR on you. This is the only company I have worked out so far were I felt like HR was there just to try and terminate you without really hearing your side. Very black and white.
