I had concerns over your "long hours" comment and reviewed hours of our full-time employees in 2016 and, excepting the executive team, the average weekly hours was 42.7 for the year. And, being an employee, you know that we have "thank you" programs in place like the "applause and thank you" in each week's staff, our monthly King Salmon award for "over and above" efforts as nominated by fellow staff members, the SPI Bucks program that allows staff to give rewards to each other that can be redeemed for gift cards, and a bonus program at the end of the year which recognizes top performers.
