Perhaps a decent job if you are local and have limited choices.
Cons
This is a family -Only led operation with 2 classes of employee...family and not family. Don't let the leadership names fool you. The founder continues to stall growth, create quality issues (few repeat customers) by installing his kids in leadership roles for which they are unprepared. Basic business standards of behavior are lacking, such as communication, honesty and planning. Vendors beware...finances are a shambles.
