Thank you for taking the time to express your feedback about your Sparton experience. Our business has been extremely fortunate over the last several years and has enjoyed many product successes along with profitable growth. We are not, however, invincible and will from time to time experience economic downturns, turnover and restructuring. There seems to be some truth in that sometimes you need to take one step back in order to take two steps forward. Our leadership must know how our strengths and weaknesses best serve the business and lead accordingly. It is great that you feel Sparton has a strong role in the industry. We have all worked hard to create and promote products that are new, exciting and sought after. We could not be a viable player in the manufacturing arena if it were not for our management team that has directed us there.
