Great company culture with a very healthy work/life balance. Lot's of opportunity to learn and develop one's career. Company outlook is positive in terms of the additions made to the management team as of recent.
Cons
Still very much a start up. Struggle exists in transitioning form a company that performs research to one that properly develops and implements products.
