Absolutely Horrible - Anonymous employee Sparkles Logistics Employee Review

Poor management. No HR department so when you approach the owner with issues, you are instructed to take care of it yourself - even with the "open door" policy that is preached. Management has no experience managing. The building conditions are the absolute worst - infested with mice and mold. Honestly nothing nice to say at all about the company who uses it's employee's and then tosses them, doesn't want to pay what has been promised and treats the warehouse workers like second class citizens. No benefits
