      Likely to change as they grow, but here it is: - Unmatched culture - Unlimited time off - Ability to play basketball at work (or other physical activities)

      Cons

      - Unlimited time off means you don't know how much is actually okay - If you don't have a similar background or know someone, you will be struggle to grow - Salary is extremely underwhelming for engineering
