Pros
Working for Spark44 Toronto Office was the best choice I could ever make. Our manager has great values and I am excited to go to work every morning. The atmosphere is great and we are encouraged to "be ourselves". We also get great bonuses and are rewarded for our work all the time. Our business manager encourages diversity. She works with everyone to make sure we are well supported in any situation. We also get free lunches sometimes and our Mind, Body and Soul presentations monthly.
Cons
Working in Toronto is amazing. The only con I could think is that the communications between office can be difficult.
