Pros
Overall great group of people to work with. Family oriented. Room for growth.
Cons
There is no inner office communication regarding open positions to give current employees opportunity before hiring from outside. Lack of communication on many levels. Decisions that cost the company money. Seeing as how we are an ESOP there are decisions made by management positions that don't seem to be cost effective. There are things communicated one person at a time and not to a full group. Employees have been brought on board having had previous experience and now call others outside of their department to find out how to accomplish a task. I have seen upper management put (regardless of position) employees under them under fire for lack of doing something, but then do not hold other employees that have been around for 3+ years and "Should know better" to the same standards. There are double standards across the board. The culture has changed drastically over the past 3 years and I would say not for the better. Some in supervior positions have a hard time taking suggestions from others who have been with the company longer, and it could come across in a discriminatory way.
