      Pros

      Good trips and contracted lines, US and Canada (end of 2023-2024) Small but effective group, family athmosphere. Good yard, good equipment maintenece.

      Cons

      Maybe for some driver there might be some, I was good.

      Pros

      Tight knit customer base that is really loyal to the brand, their long-term lease operators are awesome to deal with - definitely they are every bit a part of the team as anyone else.

      Cons

      Working in transborder environment means having to deal with driver shortage that is rampant in that industry.
