Expect high stress levels and verbal abuse from managers which is common and hard work goes unrewarded. Theres a high turnover where new employees come and go frequently and new managers stay for only a short time before moving on. The atmosphere in the office is constantly tense and filled with stress. Horrible bosses that don’t support growth,ideas or opinions.. Nasty emails and derogatory comments from the managers and CEO.
