- poor morale
- no benefits, unless you count $260/bi weekly payments for medical for a single person a benefit
- weird dynamic with the husband/wife duo who run the company. they treat the employees who have been there the longest like their children. obvious favoritism, very manipulative
-CEO is a loose canon who lacks leadership skills and doesn't know how to keep her business afloat or how to take criticism (which is obvious based on all of the snarky responses she leaves to former employees on here)
- extremely antiquated business model,
- hostile and contentious work environment
- job description was inaccurate, i was expected to cold call (who does that in this day and age? It's NOT effective)
- plenty of microaggressions
