Thanks for your feedback. I agree Sovos is a great place for those who are interested in gaining experience and growing their careers. I was surprised by your comments about our leadership, however. We value our leaders, as we do all of our employees. As you probably know, Sovos has a big, audacious goal to Solve Tax for Good – and to do that we need to have the right people, in the right places at the right times. As such, titles, teams and managers sometimes shift to make sure we continue advancing toward this goal. At multiple levels of the company, those shifts create opportunity for employees. About one-third of our team experienced a job change or promotion last year, based on a rigorous, merit-based process designed to eliminate favoritism.
