Pros
-Great benefits (Health, Dental, 401k match etc) affordable and on the better side of coverage.
-Satisfying work (often times we are working on projects that benefit the wildlife and people enjoying nature and usually we are pioneering those solutions- there is a mix of old projects that aren’t on the cutting edge- but there’s tons of new projects and development growth opportunities)
-Upward mobility (I’ve read some of the other reviews on here and don’t understand- I’ve gotten several raises and responsibility advancements in just a few years by providing value)
-Supportive leadership (there might be internal conflict here and there but it always seems genuine and for the good of the company)
Cons
-Little Busy (There’s plenty of work to do- but it is definitely manageable and the management team understands this and takes care of people)
