Great people to work with, there’s alot of opportunities to learn. People in the company really seem to care.

Can be overwhelming at times.

Small team makes it like a family. Semi open schedule/freedom to work around your schedule. Owner has good intentions. Company celebrates birthdays and holidays.

No organizational or daily structure. Micromanagement is a big issue, No employee retention, high turnaround Owner has to come up with the idea for it to be implemented or tried. Look at past postings dates.... notice where the 5 stars come in....
