Pros
SVP has consistently sought to train and educate its teams and listens to the concerns of the company as a whole. They work from the top down to increase efficiency, education and processes that improve the overall health of a hospital while remaining “hands off” regarding the hospitals autonomy and DVM team decisions.
Cons
Better teammate PTO and pay are always appreciated. Facility management and upkeep is a bit lacking at some hospitals.
