A terrific culture that is nurtured from the top. Our leaders understand the importance of enabling teammates to bring their best selves to work, every day, and this shines through in our hospitals. One element of our "magic". is in individual uniqueness, from each hospital being able to run their business as they see fit, to the support they receive, to determining medical protocols at the hospital level.
