It’s good to hear that you enjoyed the variety of projects that you were involved with as well as the positive culture of the company and its employees. As for your concerns regarding pay, our In-House Installation Program was developed in conjunction with our employees to compensate the individual based on the amount of work that they produce. In addition to the base pay structure & bonus incentive we also offer company vehicles, tools and a competitive benefits program. While we feel that we truly have some of the finest carpenters in the industry, many who have been with us for 10+ years, we acknowledge that it is our responsibility to develop the craftsman of the future. To that end we are adding a full-time trainer to the Installation department to ensure that our workforce receives the individual training necessary for long-term professional growth.
