New CEO has made changes not beneficial to employees. Earned, accrued vacation is no longer paid out upon departure, no matter the reason. Retirements are being delayed while employees clock their earned vacation days during their last month, instead of simply cashing in. Benefits are billed to their state program, so there is no SEMHA funds being lost, unless they just want to punish their in-house staff, which is even more shameful.
