Pros
Let's face it, every job has its' ups and downs; things we like and things we don't. However, I can honestly say that I've never been as personally fulfilled with any other work or place of employment as I have been at Southeastern Institute. I have the opportunity to help students learn to thrive as people as well as in their chosen field of study, and there's just no better reward for the work I do than to see them go on to become successful in their chosen career. Anytime I need help or guidance, I know where to find it and that I will find it. The support I receive is second to none. Conversely, I am also given a great deal of independence as an instructor, allowing me to be creative and think "outside of the box" with my teaching. My direct supervisor is always very open and receptive to new ideas and will go that extra mile to support the team while putting the best interests of the students first and foremost, as should be the case. No job is complete utopia, but Southeastern Institute has provided an opportunity for me to be of service to others through my work in a way that is highly satisfying on both a personal as well as professional level.
Cons
I don't consider anything to being a downside.
