Pros
The compensation is great. The pay and benefits are hard to match in this field. The atmosphere is very relaxed. And you live and die by your performance, which means there's never an issue of people playing favorites or discriminating, everything is very consistent and fair. Nothing's perfect but it's comparatively nice company to work for. It's privately owned which means that they place elevated concern in work environments and people rather than making cuts that would negatively effect our lives.
Cons
Difficult to learn. Job can be monotonous if you're restless. The company is a tad "Old Fashioned" which means they place importance on things such dress code and formality, despite the fact that there's no customer service in our position, or proof that it has any effect on our data entry capabilities, it feels like you're in a library and you're afraid to laugh.
