Good experience Pay Benefits The culture can be good but you have to push it make the best of it. Other managers and supervisors will hate you for pushing a good culture if they don’t like it.

Outdoors at any weather, freezing hot or humid etc Dangerous if you’re not an aware person Cover multiple shifts this means 12hr days If you have a degree and join you won’t feel like a professional, never wear a suit most of the time you will have mud torn clothes and steel toe boots at 3 am in the morning while you’re rushed to make multiple decisions since everyone wants next day shipping. If anything happens to the drivers you will still be held liable for any delays even though it’s not in your control. At moments you have to contact corporate for decisions but they will roast you and put you on blast on emails even if you’re new or in training they will not support you whatsoever and give you a hate tone when you have to call them even if it’s their job to assist. Be careful know what you’re getting to and use it for experience if needed. Manager makes or breaks the environment
