SourceKnowledge is a wonderful company! I joined the company almost a year ago, with limited relevant experience, and I've learned so much from their team since then. The skills I've gained from working here are invaluable. They have excellent mentorship and training, and they regularly check-in to see how I'm doing with the tasks that have been delegated to me and ensure that my work load is manageable. Having work be remote offers lots of flexibility which has been beneficial in a number of ways. However, the team also has regular, online meetings throughout the workday that allow me to interact with the team and work together on various projects. SourceKnowledge organizes regular team events throughout the year, which often involve an exciting activity and allows us to meet our colleagues in-person, outside of a work-setting - these have been some of my favourite memories from working at SourceKnowledge! The company culture at SourceKnowledge is excellent. The team and management are friendly, accepting, and fun. Their work-life balance is perfect, I've never being expected or asked to work outside of their regular working hours. I genuinely have nothing but positive words to say about SourceKnowledge and I look forward to what's to come at the company.
