As a fresher I have been lucky and privileged to get trained by the best hands of industry. I worked in SourceEdge for 5 years and it’s been an awesome journey of learning for me. The experience and the guidance I received here is all what I am today. Today I work for Microsoft, but SourceEdge is always my home.

We had 2 Saturdays a month as working days. But on request, all Saturdays are holidays now. Lil crunchy project timelines. There’s never an organization without cons. Just that it all depends on how much an employee is capable of leveraging its PROS in that situation.
