SourceBreaker is an exciting and innovative technology company and the excitement for the products can really be seen in all employees. From day one you're busy - and every day is different - particularly for Account Managers who have the opportunity to travel a lot both in the UK and overseas, however, the support from the rest of the team is fantastic, as are the regular team incentives. Personalised career development - this isn't a company who provides you with impersonal or standard generic feedback in order for you to develop- it equips you with personal targets and relevant advice, with regular feedback coming from the CEO and Directors which is always delivered in person - never in an email. An exciting company to work for as it is constantly - and rapidly - growing in its market. The views from having the office based within the Shard are great.
