Pros
No real incentives or benefits unless you work in sales and earn commissions.
Cons
This has now become a family run business. The CEO has employed his wife, almost all of his children and their spouses to run the business. They take priority over everything regardless of what your current assignments are. They look down on everyone and lack any sense of professionalism with their day to day interactions. Working here includes the basic benefits such as insurance (health/vision/life) and PTO, but that's it. Based on the last company meeting regarding health insurance, it most likely will no longer be an option within two years. Salary increases are non-existent even for cost of living increases. There is a large percentage of employees who have not had a wage increase in six years.
