Pros
Hard-work environment with a whole lot to learn. Extremely fast hired position for anybody who is in-between jobs and needs money. One of the better construction jobs available.
Cons
You aren't paid on your drive back to the office from the residential/construction site (pretty sure this is illegal).
Average length of technician careers is about 5 months (though during the hiring process they solely singled out the owners and administrators of the company for being there 10+ years, conveniently glossing over this).
No breaks, you are also expected to work through lunch in order to finish egregiously paced projects on time, overtime expected quite often. (Expect working conditions of a construction company despite management attempting to convince you during the hiring process that this is a tech company).
Uncomfortable work environment, blatant sexism among employees. (e.g. screaming "That's what she said!" in the middle of professional meetings). I'm pretty confident the other reviews here are fake.
