The company is built on a promising dream but when it comes to execution, the mark is significantly missed. The customer base has been sold on the promise of a revolutionary product that will simplify their tech stack and data while putting the administration into their hands. In reality, customers repeatedly rely on a team of people at SoundCommerce to meet their needs while product roadmap and execution continues to get mixed messages and conflicting priority; this then trickles down to the GTM teams not having a structured product to rely on for marketing, selling, implementing, enabling, supporting, or successing. Culturally, well, there really is no culture. There is no unifying vision and interactions, particularly meetings, seem to be all over the place in terms of structure and expected outcomes. There are a number of promising people who work at this company but the overall lack of organization and clarity squanders the talents that they have right in front of them.
