Very wonderful coworkers, lots of training and free lunch.
Cons
Leadership left a lot to be desired. The CEO often took the path of putting people in positions they weren't actually qualified for, and then being surprised at the employee for not magically becoming an expert in a role they were never qualified for, and ultimately not delivering "results."
Lots of turnover as well, due to this mentality, paired with additional leadership panic when business had ebbs and flows.
Additionally, a lot of surveillance and lack of trust from leadership to employees of all levels.
The motto is to move as fast as possible, but there is very little thought or care put into anything when that is the pace of choice.
