Pros
Soulsight is the gold standard for workplace culture. Sure, it's smaller, but that doesn't diminish how rich and vibrant the people are there. Workers are happy to be there and are excited about what they do. It's also really rewarding working on such popular products. The projects you work on will be seen and known by people around the world. People seem to move up through the company fairly fast. The Soul Lab is awesome.
Cons
The structure and organization of departments are really complicated and messy. Same thing with client teams. There doesn't seem to be a real consistent, strategic process that the company uses. They don't have an approach that allows them to differentiate from other similar companies. The biggest selling point is their good designers, which they certainly have. But other companies have good designers as well. It'd just seem worthwhile on developing the strategy side of the business, along with the design side. Almost no chance of advancing high in the company without graphic design degree.
