There is no hybrid policy or wfh days alloted to use , strict 9 hrs office policy

As a female contractor in Soulax, I felt completely included. Management ensured that I had the same tools, access to resources, and safety as permanent employees. The team was respectful, and I was included in professional development initiatives. I suggest the leadership continue maintain this inclusive environment.
