The culture and work environment is good, only few backstabbing and politics people. People and friendly and helpful. I joined because of good culture reviews and good boss but he is just a sweet talker whose behavior varies alot with different people. If you're sincere in your work, he's cool. But most of the work is just complicated which makes the relationship bitter. Overall, for freshers its still a good place but don't stay longer than a year or two if you need career growth.

As a reward for quickly completing your work, you are rewarded more work. In group announcements, taunts about asking for more work when you're done with your tasks. You are given example of elite companies and western work cultures where people only focusses on work and don't spend time talking but you don't recieve company policies like the west. You are suppose to be "available and owner" for your work but as soon as you're a little relieved, boss won't forget to mention there's not much work load (which later impacts your increment discussion). For salary increment you have to pursue the boss for months like begging, because again, there is no periodic increment. In fact you won't get any if you don't mention it in discussions.
