Owner is extremely unprofessional, verbally abusive, and as phony as they come. Constantly berating employees in front of each other. Does not know the meaning of a one-on-one conversation with an employee when she has an issue to discuss with the one person. Likes to put on a show and make examples of you in front of the others. Blames staff for mistakes she makes with clients, and lets be clear on this, she is the one making the mistakes. It’s just so much easier for her to shift the blame to her staff, this way she is able to keep her “reputation” for the lack of a better word in tact. Has brought each member of her staff to tears. Hard to believe? Just ask them.
