Pros

Not found or maybe the management screws you so much that you forget all the Pros over time.

Cons

Not sure where to start.., but will give it a try: 1. Management: I worked for 4 years with this company and have seen a lot of things but now all the good people left the company or were fired because they gave true feedback to the "boss" (I was one of them). Now all the 'nice' people are hired who can only "plan". And that planning goes wrong EVERYTIME. Not sure which school they went to (As these basic things like 'Listening to other people' are taught in school) and then they will find a scapegoat to blame in the end. 2. Vision: They got cataract or maybe the light is totally gone. 3. Hike: lol...maybe try after 5 years later 4. Learning: Yeah you do get to learn a lot of stuff (Which is not relevant to the industry or the market) but you'll get bored after 2-3 months. 5. Hierarchy: This is the only thing followed in this company very well as it is mandatory in the 'blame game' 6. Notice period: Yeah, they have non-negotiable 3 months notice period (i.e. 90 days/ 2160 hours / 129K minutes......) but they will ask you join them in one week 7. Respect/ Recognition: Your name will be mentioned in an email at the end of project but it won't be found in the hike.

Pros

Growth - the company has found an area with deep tech where there is a big opportunity to change work experiences for working teams. Everyone is very focused on the business goals to move the company forward. Leadership shares info on how the products / our work is making an impact to customers, and what needs to improve as well. Product and engineering continually trying to improve those areas to benefit the customer experience. 2. Smart people - Soroco definitely has some of the best talent, I work with really smart people and diverse teams, it makes the environment collaborative where learning is a constant.

Cons

Collaborating across time zones can be challenging and leads to long days, but that is expected in a global company that is growing at this fast pace. This is pretty much expected everywhere in organizations globally. The work guidelines allow for comp. offs and flexibility to adjust to varied hours - needs prior discussion and planning with managers though.
