      Pros

      1. Being a small company, you get a lot of exposure working with various teams in and out of the the organzation - at times stepping out of your comfort zone. The management is supportive of helping you explore options to choose what works best for the team and company 2. Flexible working environment - Employees get to work from home and meet periodically at office. 3. Employee recognition - Promotions and recognitions for employees. The company gave decent hikes even during peak market uncertainity when majority of the firms did not 4. Great colleagues who are passionate about technology and are humble and helpful 5. Immediate manager/leadership is visionary - strikes a balance between employee expectations and company vision 6. The People team has been approachable and great to help with Employee concerns. They come up with innovative initiatives periodically that not just involves the employee but the rest of the family as well!

      Cons

      1. The company direction and vision keeps changing but I suppose thats what most firms are dealing with as part of AI adoption and the race to front it as a leader 2. The company should have continued its high revenue generating units. The automations Soroco built garnered trust and high recognition for the company's capability and tech talent

      Pros

      Growth - the company has found an area with deep tech where there is a big opportunity to change work experiences for working teams. Everyone is very focused on the business goals to move the company forward. Leadership shares info on how the products / our work is making an impact to customers, and what needs to improve as well. Product and engineering continually trying to improve those areas to benefit the customer experience. 2. Smart people - Soroco definitely has some of the best talent, I work with really smart people and diverse teams, it makes the environment collaborative where learning is a constant.

      Cons

      Collaborating across time zones can be challenging and leads to long days, but that is expected in a global company that is growing at this fast pace. This is pretty much expected everywhere in organizations globally. The work guidelines allow for comp. offs and flexibility to adjust to varied hours - needs prior discussion and planning with managers though.

      - Remote work - Opportunity to work with customers across a broad array of industries and business functions - Rapidly maturing and improving product

      Cons

      - Poor sales outlook (probably not anyone's fault in this economy...) - Very small N. America team
