Nothing as such I saw that time but surely every company has areas of improvement.

1. Friendly environment. flexibility to implement new ideas. out of box and innovative thinking is appreciated and respected. 2. very good training modules and excellent hand holding by senior resources. 3. No micro management by seniors. 4. Limited Team size hence no headache to manage multiple stake holders. 5. potential to earn good incentives in Sales, if one gives excellent performance.

No cons as such but there could be some areas for improvement - 1. various corporate training sessions can be introduced on Saturdays - team building exercise, motivational sessions, yoga/meditation sessions. 2. Fun @ Work initiatives every month. 3. More technical training refresher sessions. 4. Carrom or TT Board/Room for those who wish to play after office hours.
