      - Great colleagues - Products were fun to work with - Enjoyed the event opportunities

      Cons

      - Toxic and Abusive manager that we needed to tiptoe around, Very emotionally charged and unable think rationally - No recognition - Unrealistic targets that were impossible for everyone to hit (whole country was at 40%) - Work expectations grew substantially and salary never did

      Pay is at market at best Moving away from hybrid work model to onsite model Currently in transition to merge with TCL. Beware of layoffs Processes are bureaucratic- difficult to take swift action Work model is fairly flat, leaving few opportunities for upward career growth
