Pros
Surrounded by intelligent and wonderful colleagues, made many great friends that I still keep in touch to this day. Perks and benefits were great. Sony's technology is still leading the industry, I really wished they could market their products better.
Cons
Titles were all saturated, everyone was director back then. Upper management were not capable to provide us with the clear direction how to turn around business models. Too slow in making critical decisions. Not much direction given to the non-Japanese management. Massive layoff damaged the company culture severely.
