Pros
It is a good company with good culture and takes care of employees. Always gives 2nd chance to excel. Tries hard to be a well liked company. Fantastic products better than competitors and new ones too.
Cons
Recent poor financial performance has restricted many wonderful things that can be done...like training, employees programs etc. Fantastic products could be marketed better and faster.
