      Pros

      You get to stay in the loop on all the new and cool electronic gadgets that come out.

      Cons

      There is no room for promotions even if you are highly qualified, has a high turn over ration because the base pay is very poor. Managers tend to think they know it all and set blame on others very hypocritical actions taken by the managers.

      Pay is at market at best Moving away from hybrid work model to onsite model Currently in transition to merge with TCL. Beware of layoffs Processes are bureaucratic- difficult to take swift action Work model is fairly flat, leaving few opportunities for upward career growth
