      Pros

      flexible work hours, great product, a CEO that does the right thing.

      Cons

      not a great place for promotion if you're a woman or part of another underrepresented group. They're working on it, but unconscious bias is at play and it will take a while for real change to happen.

      Great culture. People are humble.

      In some teams engineers have to find projects themselves instead of waiting for roadmap which is good also but sometimes frustrating.
